Condor Kukri Machete Review – Survival Blades

Survival Skills
The Condor Kukri Machete is a good choice for an all around survival, bushcraft or camping blade. I wouldn’t consider it a “one tool option” unless you spend some time on the edge. I bought this one as a substitute for a draw knife for a primitive bow project. It works pretty good for that and does a good job of other tasks too, so it qualifies as a multi-use item.

I first saw this blade shape on an episode of “Man, Woman Wild”. Mykel Hawke talked a little about why he liked the Kukri style and it made sense to me. The blade shape offers several different areas for different type uses.
